Founded in 1972 in Konya by the late Mustafa Fındık and İsmail Fındık, Yüksel Lastik began its journey in a modest workshop, producing simple rubber shoe soles.

By the early 1980s, the company had taken a decisive step into the automotive industry, supplying high-quality technical rubber components to leading OEMs such as Knorr-Bremse and ZF.

In 1982, Yüksel Lastik engineered its first in-house rubber injection molding machine, positioning itself as a pioneer in high-volume, precision production.

Throughout the 1990s, the company expanded its expertise by incorporating mold design and manufacturing, further strengthening its presence in technical rubber and plastic production.

Since the 2000s, Yüksel Lastik has continued to evolve, offering a wide range of advanced products made from NBR, Silicone, and FKM compounds — serving diverse industries with reliability, innovation, and craftsmanship built on over half a century of experience.
